Well, I made it back. After the trip there, though, I considered driving back! The flight was terribly turbulent. We were flying next to a severe thunderstorm. I kept thinking everyone else would freak out like I felt like on the inside, but everyone seemed to take it all in stride. That two hour flight sure seemed like 4 or 5 hours to me! ;)
But I made it there!!
My family was very happy to see me. Just as my mom had planned, I didn't do much of anything except sleep, wake up every morning with hot coffee and lots of conversation. It was actually very, very nice. I need to do that again soon! We watched a few movies, but mostly just spent time catching up.
The trip back was also eventful. The plane couldn't get out of Dallas to get to Indy because of severe weather and then maintenance issues. After many hours in the airport, they finally cancelled the flight and gave us hotel vouchers. I'd have to try again the next day. The next attempt at flying was much better. After a glass of wine and a good book, the plane ride back went much smoother! Okay, so my faith in the airlines is renewed! ;)

Here's my Momma!! Her name is Loretta, and she's wonderful!! (Ask anyone who knows her!) I love her bunches and bunches!!
This pic is of me with my Mom and Stepdad! (Come on, Jim, smile!) ;) I don't even feel comfortable calling him "stepdad". He's been the best dad my sister's and I could ever have! Love ya both!!

This is my baby sister, Angie, who turned 30 this year. She's with our great-niece, Zoe Rose. Isn't she beautiful?!! She's only 21 months old and smart as a whip!
This is my second youngest sister, Pam. She's quite a trooper! Even though she was going through a lot and having a hard time while I was there, she still came to spend time with me! She and Angie picked me up at the airport, and when her car started acting up, she rented a car to drive me back.
My third sister, who is just one year younger than me, couldn't make it to this reunion. She lives in Tennessee and couldn't get the time off she was promised.

So I still have a few pics to go through, but I just wanted to share what I had right now. Thanks to everyone who came to see me while I was in Indiana! It meant more than you know. I'm looking forward to the next visit!! I truly love you all!!
